[Histonet] H&E Artifact

We had several cases last Friday that showed "optically clear nuclei" (primarily lymphocytes) on H&E.  Have you seen this artifact and, if so, what is it due do?  I will be happy to e-mail a photo to anyone interested.  Thank you as always for your help.
