[Histonet] Closed doors in Histology

OK, How many of you keep your doors to your Histology Dept. closed all the time? We were told by a CIHQ inspector that Histology Dept must be under negative air flow ALL THE TIME. This was a new one for me. The standard is from the ASHRAE 170 table 7.1
This is just an FYI for you all that these are the kinds of things CMS is looking at now days.
