Jay,

Michael's post is correct and very well stated. In the US we estimate between 80 -85% of labs now use and RGA.  The most common blend in the U.S is 95-5 which is 95% ethanol denatured with 5% methanol. Any company you purchase from should be happy to provide a C of A (certificate of analysis) to verify how they denature.
