[Histonet] 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 solution on airway epithelial cell line

Hi all,

Does anyone have some experience with treatment of the nasal epithelial
cell line with 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 solution (739650 ALDRICH- 100 UG/ML IN
ETHANOL 98%)?
Our concern relay on the presence of the Ethanol in solution, and its
percentage (98%). Is there a risk of detrimental effect on cell line or it
will not damage them?
Further more, should we dilute vit. D in some Lipid solution for the cell
line safety?
