[Histonet] Running ISH on the Ventana Ultra Stainers

Hello Histonetters,

Our lab is in the process of trying to validate Kappa, Lambda and EBER ISH on the Ventana Ultra stainers.  We have run these probes on the XT in the past with good results, but unfortunately staining on the Ultras is either poor or non-existent.  We have tried several protocol modifications with very little luck.  Does anybody out there have experience validating these tests on the Ultras?  We would greatly appreciate any advice on getting these to work.
