Hello all,

I'm staining mouse lungs and heart with a mouse hosted primary antibody made by a research lab so I don't have much wiggle room with the primary antibody.

I'm using a MOM kit for IHC staining. The only background I can't seem to get rid of is macrophages or lymphocytes. Would an Fc receptor block help on mouse tissues? Does anyone have a good Fc receptor block they use and would recommend on mouse tissues? Another step I can try is to get a secondary antibody that's a F(ab)2, but does anyone have any input about Fc blocking on mouse tissues?
