[Histonet] Buffer concentration in 4% paraformaldehyde

Hello everyone,


I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a difference between preserving tissue (bone to be specific) in 4% paraformaldehyde made with 10x phosphate buffer versus 1x phosphate buffer?


We typically use 1x phosphate buffer when making 4% paraformaldehyde, but have some samples that were preserved in a store bought 4% paraformaldehyde in 10x phosphate buffer, and are wondering what differences this might cause?
