[Histonet] Physician Fee Schedule vs. Clinical Fee Schedule

Hello Everyone


I would like to thank you in advance. My question is for all those billers out there. Can you please tell me the difference between the Physician Fee Schedule and the Clinical Fee Schedule. Where can I get a copy of both? I am mostly interested in the CPT codes 88305, 88312, 88312 and 88342.
