Have been using D-Fructose 1,6-bisphosphate sodium salt hydrate from Sigma *(cat# F4757) in our PFK staining protocol. Have just been informed that it is discontinued, their recommended substitute is D-Fructose 1,6-bisphosphate trisodium salt hydrate (cat#F6803). Can anyone with experience know if this would work? Without us paying for it and not have it work.

Many thanks , Doug
