[Histonet] Formaldehyde annual education

I seem to recall that we once had to document that we went over the hazards of formaldehyde to the staff annually.  Does anyone still do this?   I know the rules on monitoring but as I was going over a past procedure I saw that we used to reeducate the staff each year.
