[Histonet] C4d IHC in myocardial biopsy

Are any of you an expert with C4d IHC in myocardial biopsy tissue?  We had a specimen this week that showed a pattern of immunoreactivity that I am not familiar with and I need to find out if this represents a specific disease process.  Thank you.
