[Histonet] CPT code for indirect IF

Good Afternoon Netters,

Is there a CPT code to use for indirect IF?  I see the one for direct, but
I'm not sure if the CPT code book labels indirect IF as multiplex testing.

How do you all code for the indirect IF?
