[Histonet] sectioning sea urchin spine

uric acid decomposes the calcium structure. So if you use urine, make sure you test it for uric acid.

Does anyone have any tips on how to get a section of a sea urchin spine?  I tried decal but that didn't soften it at all and I tried using nair. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know
