[Histonet] plant tissue stain

I always used a green (Fast green) for cell walls and cytoplasm + a red (fuchsine) for nuclei.If you get Peter Gray's book you will find numerous plant procedures. In Bolles-Lee (Microtomist's Vade-Mecum) there are also many methods for plant tissues.René
