MAC387 is a marker that we have used successfully in canine and porcine, not entirely specific to macs but may work for your situation.

Can anyone recommend vendors for CD68 and CD204 that work on dogs and pigs (on FFPE tissue)?  I don't seem to find much information on species cross-reactivity online.
