In our hands it has not worked on formic acid decaled samples, EDTA decal only.

Subject: [Histonet] Question about Formic acid decal and TRAP stain
Hi Histonetters,
I have a question to ask if you don't mind. Can TRAP Histochemical staining be performed after decalcifying with formic acid? Any tricks of the trade, etc? If anyone has any experience or references that they could point me to, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance for your help.
