[Histonet] RE: IHC Validation

On my IHC validation documents I have a space for comments.  If I change anything in a protocol I make a note in the comments space.  I haven't had any issue with any accrediting agencies.

If I have validated an antibody at a specific incubation time, and then later want to decrease the incubation time, do I have to re-validate??
