[Histonet] 88305 Medicare change

Hi,  Has anyone out there heard of a change for the 88305 code for Medicare.  In the case of a prostate biopsy we would normally charge 88305 x 12.  Now I am hearing that we must charge 88305 for the first 9 and G0416 for the additional 4.  Has anyone heard of the same?
