[Histonet] Laser Microdissection on FFPE

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has ever tried to do laser microdissection on
mouse FFPE tissue sections. The cell number yield we expect to have will be
around 100 cells for RNA extraction (challenge #1). The next challenge is
that our specimen would have been in fixation for more than 24 hours (10%
NBF) whereby the starting material should have been fixed no more than 24
hours.
