HI Karen,

We use pathnet for our label printing.  Cerner issues a "standard" label program that will only print the information on the label when the labels do not contain a small horizontal gap between the four labels going across the roll.  We too had to switch to a different label in order to meet Cerner's standard.  The funny thing is that the label standard is to have a small gap between the labels.  To have no gap is a customization or at least that is the case with our label vendors.  Due to the cost of the custom label rolls, we have request a "custom" label program from Cerner so that it will accept the standard label with a small gap.  The custom request is a 1 time expense vs. the monthly expense on the label.  You can find the CCL customization information on Cerner's UCERN website.

Hi,  Any of you using the Pathnet program.  We just went live and now they are telling me that our labels will not work with the program. We  are currently use 7/8"x7/8" square labels 4 across Stainershield labels.  I don't understand why they will not work?  We did use the Powerpath 9.2 program before.  Can't we just go into "properties" and change it to work?   Any input would be greatly appreciated.
