[Histonet] Pathnet program

Hi,  Any of you using the Pathnet program.  We just went live and now they are telling me that our labels will not work with the program. We  are currently use 7/8"x7/8" square labels 4 across Stainershield labels.  I don't understand why they will not work?  We did use the Powerpath 9.2 program before.  Can't we just go into "properties" and change it to work?   Any input would be greatly appreciated.
