Dear colleagues

 

I am not ok with staining of Melanosome (HMB45) Ventana using BenchMark GX 

The expiry due date still valid and I follow the staining protocol from the
pamphlet but no good stain show even on the melanoma control sections.

The protocol is :

 

Recommended Staining Protocol for CONFIRM anti-Melanosome (HMB45) with
ultraView Universal Red on BenchMark XT.
