[Histonet] Inadequacy of biopsy

Hi,
    I am wondering how you guys in histo land treats biopsy that is inadequate for evaluation. If there is a policy that addresses this issue that you guys will like to share with me, I will really appreciate it. Lately we have been receiving biopsies that are not big enough for evaluation and this has been causing a lot of problems.
