have to report small wedge Kidney Biopsies for transplantation in two hours .

This
is my Rush Processing Protocol:

Formalin
( 1 : 10 ) 10 minutes ( they already come from the surgery room in formalin ).

Ethyl
Alcohol 96° 10 minutes.

Ethyl
Alcohol 100 ° 10 minutes.

Ethyl
Alcohol 100 ° 10 minutes.

Xylene 15
minutes.

Paraffin 15
to 20 minutes.

The secret
is that I already have all the containers with the reagents in the stove at 62°
