[Histonet] ASP 300S Stirrer

Hello Histonet,

We have an ASP 300S and have found that the stirrer at the bottom of the retort is not staying in place. It pops off of the base during the initial  formalin fill and is not providing agitation throughout the process. Has anyone else with this processor had this issue? Any suggestions?
