Hi everyone, My colleague has been trying without success to run the monoclonal EMA , clone23 on a dog. He has tried ph9 tris buffer,ph 6 citrate/edta buffer and proteinase k for an hour using a 1/200 dilution and Dako envision. Any suggestions. Gerard Spoelstra Murdoch University
