[Histonet] Cutting Frozen Brain

Hello Everyone,

Does anyone have any suggestions for cutting corneal rat brains (20 microns), fixed in PFA, treated with sucrose and embedded into OCT. They cut well but when I pick them up on the slide they always have wrinkles, I have tried many different things with no luck.
Different modes of rolling the tissue onto the slide
Cold slides in the cryostat, placing the tissue on the slide, gently brushing it while warming from below with my finger
And just dropping the slide onto the cut flattened section

I am totally frustrated and need to find a way to improve the section quality at this point. Any suggestions or advise would be greatly appreciated!
