Subject: [Histonet] Temperature ranges

Hi - I wanted to find out if anyone knows what the normal temperature ranges for the following pieces of equipment are:

Water bath  → 42-45ºC
Lab oven for slide drying → 60-65ºC
Refrigeratros for IHC antibodies → -70 to -80ºC
Embedding center (both the hot and cold plates and the reservoirs for the molds and tissue cassettes) → 60-62ºC
Paraffin dispenser → 60-62ºC
