[Histonet] Histology position

Baltimore Washington Medical Center has an opening for a full time
day-shift Histology technician.  

Hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm --- with Saturday rotation for embedding.
(About every 6th week)

Applicants must be HT registered or must meet the requirements to be
eligible to sit for the HT certification exam.

  

 

Must have a practical knowledge of the following:

Accessioning

Embedding 

Microtomy

Frozen sectioning

Special stains

Preparation of solutions

IHC
