Hello Histoland,

Someone needs help in our lab with some fluorescent staining. He is staining drosophila retina with antibody PI4.5P2, or PIP2 for looking at Phospholipids around the membranes. He is using 4% Paraformaldehyde and Triton X in his protocol and is getting inconsistent results and the signals are weak even at the nucleus. Does anyone have a protocol or recipe that might give better results?

Thank you,
