[Histonet] Staffing benchmarks for histology

I am trying to find the pdf/full text article for Staffing Benchmarks
for Histology.  We are working to determine workload limits for our PA
and this article looks like it may assist us.  Does anyone have access
to this article.  I do not have anyone who is a subscriber to the Annals
of Diagnostic Pathology.
