Hi Dorothy,

Take a quick look at the NSH website for job listings and maybe another career's website like Simplyhired.com or Monster and get some idea as to how the jobs for IHC lead techs are listed.

The problem with making absolute requirements (BS, HTL, QIHC, etc) is there are a set of experienced techs who do not have these degrees or certifications who are highly qualified for the position and would face elimination from consideration based on that alone. You can list it as highly desirable instead of a requirement.
