[Histonet] Avidin Red for Mast Cells fading

Avidin Red or Avidin bound to Texas Red produces a beautiful specific stain for mast cell granule heparin.
Triple stain (RGB)  IF can be done by combining with fluoroscein labeled ab and a Hoescht stain for nuclei.

However, the Avidin staining dissipates within days to weeks.

Any suggestions?
