CAP/ASCO recommends at least 25 cases for ER, PR and Her2.  I just did this a few months ago. As far as the rest verify that each of the ab you are doing work and compare them to what you were doing before. How many it takes to sastify your pathologist that the others are working and they sign off on them should be ok. Hope this helps.
