No you can't do that. If it were just a research IHC then you could give it a whirl, write down what you did and often it would work just fine depending on antigen and antibody.
But if you are validating an antibody for clinical lab you have to document you follow GLP SOP every time else you messed up.
There's no getting around it. You are just going to have to run the IHC stain again.
