I am having difficulty localizing topoisomerase IIalpha with IHC. Mouse primary/biotinylated horse secondary works for me only some of the time. Rabbit primary/biotinylated goat secondary doesn't work at all for me. Does anyone have any suggestions for improving the performance of either system?
