[Histonet] Histological mordant

Hi all,

I was going to
prepare a solution 1% in distlled water of  dodecaphosphomolybdic acid  as
histological mordant
for Mallory staining. I noticed that it was not completely soluble in water, as
the Chemistry says, 
but in the yellowish
solution there was a thin precipitate quite heavy.
So I have to filter the solution.
I wonder if there will be
a  leak as mordant or it will be
necessary to lengthen the processing time.
Any experience
about?
