[Histonet] Disposal of DAB-link to Princeton.

Please correct me if I am wrong but if you use potassium permanganate sulfuric acid, do you not deactivate the mutagenic properties?  Then disposal would not require a hazardous waste container.

Waste needs to be disposed of as hazardous chemical waste.
