Great opportunity for a Histotechnician in a brand new laboratory!
Louisiana Dermatology in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, is looking for a
certified HT or HTL to run their newly constructed laboratory. Candidate
must meet the following criteria:

*         Meet CLIA Grossing Requirements : CFR  493.1489,
http://wwwn.cdc.gov/clia/regs/toc.aspx/  ,prior experience grossing
dermatology specimens 

*         HT ASCP Certified , minimum 3 years working in a histology
laboratory , 1-2  years  supervisor experience preferred 

Duties include:

*         Creation and maintenance of policies and procedures

*         Manage laboratory budget and supplies

*         Maintenance of QC documents'

*         Routine histology duties
