[Histonet] Processing Autopsies

Our lab processes a high number of autopsies; however we always seem to have tissue that needs to be reprocessed; particularly brains. Does anyone out there have any suggestions as to what an optimal processing cycle would be? We are finding it hard to find a happy medium as there always seems to be something that is underprocessed, or sometimes even overprocessed. Thanks.
