Jean,

 

Is it anything different than just myeloperoxidase which is basically DAB,
if you do DAB without h202 blocking it will stain all the myeloid cells
including eosinophils, maybe this ab is specific just to eo's???

where you purchase it? We would be using it on paraffin sections with Dako
