[Histonet] failed thionin staining part 2

Dear friends of Histonet,

I have send already a message last week considering problems with thionin staining. I got a lot of protocols, thank you for that. We used different kind of solutions, but the problem remains, independently of the solution: when our samples go through the ethanol (50%, 70%, 90%, 100%) the thionin is completely washed of.
Has anyone got the same experience? What to do about it?
