Instead of using the cryo sray, use liquid nitrogen. Make a thick cotton
swab, soak it in the liquid nitrogen, place it on the fat letting it turn
white then discard the first section off then pick up the next one. This
works really well. The cryo chamber needs to be really cold as well -25
works best.

cryosectioning.
