[Histonet] formalin specimen containers

Does anyone know of or have access to changes in regulations for formalin specimen containers? At our recent CAP inspection, we were told that JCAHO and OSHA were mandating that formalin specimen containers should now have "locking" lids.

This is the first I have heard of this.
