[Histonet] Oil Red O

Hi Everyone
Posting this for a  colleague who is doing oil red o staining on carotid plaques and is seeing both large globular and abundant fine small  globular staining.  Localization is correct  but she is concerned about the amount and size variability of the staining pattern.  She has been using the propylene glycol method on frozen tissue and has tried a few variations but keeps getting the same pattern.  Can provide a picture if you  email me offline .  Any advice would be helpful.
