[Histonet] Large fibrous Bone

I would like to thank everyone for their contribution on how to remedy our large fibrous bone tissue. Just for your knowledge, this case is a Congenital Pseudoathrosis(CPT) and we have process them both for paraffin and MMA. The paraffin was the choice for our study since we will be doing a lot of IHC studies on this. I was able to cut this hard fibrous tissue by placing them longer(1 hr) on ice and constanly surface decal (30minutes) even if a complete decal was achieve.
