Having trouble with freezing artifact in the form of tiny fissures or cracks in mouse kidney on frozen section. Tissue is paraformaldehyde fixed and infiltrated w 70% aqueous sucrose OCT solution. Anyone else seen this and know how to deal with it? Thx
