Subject: [Histonet] Red Chromogen for MITF antibody

Hi,

Does anyone do MITF immunostains with a Red Chromogen. We are using a Dako autostainer, and in the past have used AEC chromogen on MITF. Our pathologist doesn't like it, because it doesn't get red enough. We would like something we could use with current protocols on the Dako, but can't find anything. Any suggestions?
