[Histonet] RE: INI-1

We have been using an INI-1 from Cell Marque.  With a 1/50 dilution and a low pH heat retrieval.  Although I accidently had a slide go through the higher pH heat retrieval and I didn't see a big difference in the staining.  
I use the Dako system so it was a 30 minute incubation with a linker added.

Where do you purchase your antibody?  Is it RTU?  What type of antigen
retrieval?  Incubation time?
