[Histonet] Grossing Sites

I was wondering how any of you handle grossing of complex specimens from multiple sites.  Do you transport them all to one central grossing pool, do them loacally and transport cassettes to a main Histology lab or some mixture of both?

Also, if you gross at a centralized location how do deal with pathologists wanting to see the specimen grossing and orientation?  Are you recording video, streaming grossing via Skype or some other system, or none of the above?
